1. Information technology finds a place in healthcare via universal connection and understandability.
2. Informatics is the exchange of information by technology.
3. There are many different patient reminder and accountability methods. I do not think that any one would work for all patients. So, having a variety of options (the patient centered medical home included) is a good resource for patient care.
4. Sermo is a good resource. However, unlike the cafeteria sessions, the physicians using sermo do not have a personal relationship of trust and reliability.
